Because every product is handmade, slight variations in color, shape, and texture may occur.
2. Orders & Payments
All orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is incomplete or if the product is unavailable.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India.
Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier services.
4. Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the package is opened.
Refunds or replacements will be provided only if:
- The product arrives damaged
- Wrong product is delivered
Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or clear images.
