At BathLay, every product is crafted with care, hygiene, and love. Because we deal in handmade soaps and bathing essentials, we follow a clear and fair Refund & Return Policy to protect both our customers and our brand from future misunderstandings.

Nature of Products (Important)

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

BathLay products are:

  • Handmade
  • Personal care & hygiene based
  • Made in small batches
  • Sealed and quality-checked before dispatch

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we follow strict return and refund rules.

No Return / No Refund Policy (General Rule)

We do NOT accept returns or provide refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after placing the order
  • Personal preference issues (fragrance, color, texture, size, shape)
  • Minor variations due to handmade nature of products
  • Delay caused by courier partners
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Product once opened, used, or tampered with

Once a product is delivered, it is considered final and non-returnable.

Refund or Replacement – Only in Genuine Cases

We will offer a replacement or refund ONLY IF:

  • You receive a damaged product
  • You receive a wrong product
  • The product is missing from your order

These cases are handled with fairness and proof.

Mandatory Unboxing Video (Strict Requirement)

To claim any refund or replacement, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the package
  • Clearly show the sealed box
  • Show the product condition clearly

❗ Claims without an unboxing video will NOT be accepted under any condition.

Time Limit to Raise a Complaint

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests raised after 24 hours will not be considered.

How Resolution Will Be Provided

After verification:

  • We may provide a replacement of the same product, or
  • Issue a refund (only if replacement is not possible)

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Sale / Discounted Items

Products purchased during:

  • Sales
  • Offers
  • Discounted pricing

are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled

If cancellation is requested before dispatch, approval is at BathLay’s sole discretion

Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible

Color, Shape & Weight Disclaimer

Since BathLay products are handmade:

  • Slight color, shape, or weight differences are natural
  • These variations are not considered defects

Right to Refuse Requests

BathLay reserves the full right to:

  • Refuse refund or return requests that do not meet policy conditions
  • Cancel suspicious or fraudulent claims
  • Update this policy without prior notice

The decision made by BathLay will be final and binding.
